    Very seamless, no hassle and quick process from the time we applied to the final closing. A couple weeks from initiation of the loan to the closing including appraisal.Can't see how any other company could do anymore than Scott and Golden Oak...

    Denny kept us very informed on the process. He filled us in on all our options. He was very accommodating to our crazy schedules. Even when it took longer than expexted, it was still a smooth process. We were very pleased.
