Chad was very attentive and handled business as it should've been. He did everything he could to get me taken care of and in a timely fashion for sure. He was dedicated and I will definitely continue to use him in the years to come.
We had multiple delays and last minute paper work. And I was told that we would get $ back from escrow which still hasn't happened. We had a much more pleasant experience the first time we used Golden Oak.
