they helped us get everything done in a timely fashion, were super helpful when we didn't understand something and were overall super sweet! we'll have to go through them again someday when we get a new home!

We were in a bind and needed to close quick. Guild took care of it and got us into our new house with plenty of time. Super informative, everything was presented in great detail. Really appreciated seeing finalized numbers before closing.
