Nick takes time to explain all the steps and hurdles in simple words. He knows his stuff and is very organized. I was a first time home buyer and had tons of questions for him. He was patient and really took time to clarify all my queries.

Once I was able to get the required documents for the VA loan he moved quickly and made sure everything went smoothly. Nick also explained everything clearly and made sure I understood everything as we went along.
