you have a great team - Chance and others! Really like working with them. But the overall documentation that is required is exhausting. Even after closure my loan is now suspended as the bank wants MORE documentation after providing a ton....

Brad was great to work with. He always kept me, the Seller's Agent, in the loop. Not many Lender's do that. It definately made him stand out. I'm going to send his contact information to future Buyers!

My only complaint is I would have like to do more document reviews in office however Jason and his team were very responsive and helpful. Answered all my questions after normal hours. Great experience.
