It was very easy and the team was flexible to our busy work schedules.
We were handed off to someone else, she failed to communicate with us on multiple occasions, and then we were given back to Chris.
Rebecca was very helpful in answering questions and was prompt and available at any time when needed. She was very kind and made us feel comfortable. The process was very clear and easy to follow.

Rebecca was with us all the way and made the VA Home Loan very easy. Questions were answered in a reasonable time and no stone left unturned.
There were some frustrating moments along the way, but barring one moment of frustration from both of us, it was fairly pleasant. The underwriters changed some things on both of us, so clearing communication from underwriting would be welcomed....
