It was very easy to talk to David and he was very helpful. David responded quickly to questions. It was easy to upload documents to the website.

I couldn’t see rates online. The only way for me to know the rate is to connect with the officer. I had to call a couple of times to check if the rates dropped or not. The officer was busy, so he didn’t answer the call, then it was like a waiting...
