Aaron was amazing. We had alot of hoops to jump through with USDA but Aaron walked my through everything and had no problems answering questions. He did a great job figuring away around road blocks.
Communication was lacking. Got to closing was told we had a .05 buy down to then be told that was loan fee. The fees were not explained well. We have bought several homes and refinanced multiple times. Worst experience ever.
Amazing experience with Aaron from the beginning to end Aaron was there to answer any questions literally at whatever time and day.
