Poor communication and follow up. The process started in May and we closed Oct 22. Trey was very nice and polite when we did talk, he just did not follow up on questions like giving us the status of the loan. I was not impressed with his manager...

I have waited over a week to get a response from Mike Brown. This is not acceptable. Mike responds when I had to escalate to his manager through customer service.
Very professional and efficient Great help and support in order to close on time.
Devin was able to get us a great rate and keep our our closing costs low.
