Right from the beginning he was great to start the process, very patient, always there to answer our questions and guide us through the process, but once he turned over the paper work to the next group it was a very long, long journey.

Started off rocky but when William got involved, smooth sailing the rest of the way. Really appreciated he kept us informed. Nikki Tran was also great.
1. Not very responsive to communication. No follow-up on multiple emails/phone calls. 2. I was told the mortgage would be moved to the Trust as I had requested. Did not follow through on it. 3. I would not recommend Irving to anyone or to AmeriSave....
