There was an issue about insurance that was difficult to resolve. I asked to be called several times and wasn't, making the process take longer than necessary.

Answer emails and phone calls better. Make sure what you tell the customer is true. We were told no appraisal was needed and we would not have to take the property out of our trust. Both proved wrong.
