Respond to emails and phone calls. I had questions and concerns, Jenny would not call me back. Occasional emails but I never heard from her after we gave the deposit. Not very good customer service.

Miriam is informative. She gets the process going smoothly by requesting items clearly. Application time is efficient as well. The whole process is done around 6 weeks with holidays in between.
