The communication was a not as clear as needed. the credit card pay off was not efficient. Funds should have come directly to me and then the correct amount would have been paid. Instead there was an overpayment and now I must deal with that...

I made it clear from the beginning that I wanted a loan to do repairs on the house. They denied me and said that they will only give me the loan if I do the repairs first. A complete waste of my time!
