Although it was a lot of paperwork that needed to be submitted in the end it was worth it. Both Jonathan and Thea were great advisors and communucated with us every step of the process.

Jonathan kept comminications communications open with me. He responded promptly to my questions/comcerns. He was patient and explained complex details clearly. He encouraged me to call or text with any concerns. I would highly recommend him....

I would recommend Jonathan for any dealings with buying a house. As well as Karla Koester she was excellent to deal with also. On the other hand I don't recommend the closing company but these two people I would highly recommend for anything...

Nothing Jonathan did, he did great. But the overall experience has to do with the loan procedure start to finish which was a little nerve wracking do to the fact that they had hidden stipulations and it took a long time to close and get funded....
