Even though my rate was not as low as I had hoped, I feel Jonathan and Kristy were very good. They were both very patient with all my questions. Their voice tone was never one of annoyance and their response time was excellent.

It was very slow. On the paperwork we see it still has things incorrect. Example my husband is a veteran. It says he is not. The time it took to get approval was too long. The silly things they asked for were ridiculous. We lived in this home...
