We didn't get the interest rate we were told verbally which is why we changed from borrowing through Rocket Mortgage.

The appraisal process was unpleasant from a scheduling perspective. Also, it always rubs me the wrong way how these mortgages are just sold off multiple times, and I have to repeatedly change who I'm sending the check to
