To be treated with respect. I am 65 and have a mental disability. I explained this to Mr Freeman and the lack of compassion Mr Freeman showed was reflected on how long it took the loan to close. It was a very painful experience.

The process is fairly easy, I'm just not very tech savvy.
I did not like that you could not directly pay off all the vendors & I had to submit them myself.
