He provided excellent customer service. But The interest rate that you provided for somebody who has excellent credit is just way too high and $500 for an appraisal. The appraisal was not worth $500. I’ve seen many appraisals never seen one...

I am disappointed in not being informed as to what accounts were paid, how much and the date of payment. I do not know what bills I will receive these coming months and whether what they are charging me is right or wrong.
