Emilio was great from start to finish with the refinance process. He always responded quickly and was helpful answering questions as they came up. We have worked with him twice now and would highly recommend him to others.

I had an incredible experience working with Ben Allred and the Waterstone Mortgage team! As a first time homebuyer, I didn’t know what to expect, but everyone was quick to answer all of my questions and very supportive the entire time.

Incredible team, they helped me secure a mortgage in 24 hours after another company made an error. I have now refinanced with Bill Rabold 2 times (including this week) and he made every step easy and communicated often. Thank you!

Bill Rabold and his team and the absolute best! I did my FHA and a refinance with them and they absolutely have a customer for life. I will use Waterstone Mortgage every time!
