While my experience was generally fine, a few improvements could have made it better:
1. consistent response time
2 . Clearer instructions or roadmap especially for first time home buyers
Overall, experience was good.
Sean made himself available and returns my calls promptly. Even while he was traveling on the plane, he would take my call and patiently explain something to me.
