Sean answered all of my questions when I had them and explained a lot to me. I hadn't bought a house in 30 years so I forgot a lot. Also I was buying before selling this time so he helped me understand the choices for that process.

It was an extremely hard junbo loan to close, but Sean and Heidi kept finding ways to get past the hurdles.
