You guys really helped us close before my wife's due date. We were able to move into the house and start settling before the baby came. It was a huge blessing to have Sean work so hard to finish closing so quickly.

Communication was good with all team members and was timely. I understand underwriting requires documentation, however it seemed excessive considering the low debt to value.
