    Communication was great overall. I did receive a charge at the end, which I assume is for the appraisal fee, but was unaware that charge was going to be coming through. Other than that you guys were very helpful with every questions we had....

    Niki is the best at communication! We knew where we stood with the loan process at all times. She was always available to answer questions and had a positive attitude. Excellent customer service!
