    If we were told our options from the beginning such as shopping for the best rate and that if we found a better rate that it would be matched. Upfront PMI explained to us in the beginning. Closing cost made known to us before 30 days of closing...

    The service was excellent ,very professional and knowledgeable. The process was easy and not overwhelming. They worked fast to get the ball rolling. They also kept you up with the application process and steps.
