She got it done!

Quicker action so that we were not scrambling at the last minute to do wire transfers. A little more open communication. We have used Eric before because those things were there. I don't know what happened this time.

I was originally going with a different lender but had some difficulties. I reached out to Brittany and they were able to help and still keep my original closing date . They are all a great group to work with.
