The lack of presence throughout the process. I understand you guys are busy people, but for first time homebuyers that may have a ton of questions, maybe try harder to return phone calls and text messages!!

The overall communication of the Office Mrs Tommie which I cannot recall her last name at the moment was really great easy to speak to get back to you right away.

We have used Cheshire for several purchases and she was always available to answer any questions and make the process as smooth as possible. She is a ROCKSTAR in the mortgage business.
