Outstanding communication and explanations. Included everyone that needed to be included in the process, so I didn't have to figure out who to talk to about certain topics. Everyone seemed to be on the same page no matter who I talked with....

We had issues with our first lender and with 2 weeks left until closing Kelley and her team took the file over and was able to keep us closing on time.
