The loan team was "on it" from the start. Mile stones were competed in the appropriate timeline for the transaction to close on the dated that best suited the buyer clients.

Questions were answered in a timely and knowledgeable manner. Lender accommodated a quick closing and then was able to do it even a bit quicker when the buyer had a scheduling conflict with the closing date. Nice! Great communication!
