Received information late on interest rates and did not lock in rates when I requested. There was some lack of timely communications. Certain activities were not fully explained that caused a delay in closing.

Amazing customer service, everything was easy and simple. Overall was a great experience and made my home buying process easy to understand. Any and all questions I had during the experience got immediately answered.
