Fraudulent. Stay away. The require 1.5 of property value in liquid funds and previous home ownership to qualify for DCSR. No transparency, stay away. They don’t list this MAJOR requirement on their website.
Our situation was difficult, so we had to extend the closing date several times, but we finally closed thanks to everyone’s patience.
