Mr. Williams far exceeded usual efforts. I felt like he was sincere and compassionate as well as very personable. He kept trying even after I had given up. I'm grateful to have gotten him as my agent. .
I was very grateful to have Chris Lee help my daughter and I get a reverse mortgage. The process is complicated but Chris kept us informed and it went smoothly. He answered every question, kept it moving and was very personable.
I can now live with money in the bank.
This loan product, itself, took too long to close, but Vickie was wonderful to work with. Always attentive and caring. Thank you Vickie. I will definately keep recommending clients your way.
