Working with Matt and his team at New American awesome. We had a short window to turn around a jumbo loan on a < 30 day escrow. I had to work fast to clear conditions but Matt and his team pushed very hard to make sure we were always ahead on timing. I always felt like our loan was a priority and Matt kept me informed with regular clear updates. In the end we got loan documents early, funded on time, and got the rate and program we expected (a little better actually).
