Good communication

Tom is great! I’ve done four different home loans with him and have be pleased every time.

My escrow was heavily delayed and had to spend 5 nites in a hotel because needed documents were not communicated to my real estate agent on time. That delay cost over $1000.00 including my furniture storage. HAD TOM NOTIFIED US AT THE BEGINING...
