Lock in my rate and not let it go up. You know the market and I feel very strongly that you let it float knowing how crazy the market was. Do your clients a favor and get them the best interest rate.

Phebe has sold us every home we have purchased since our first in 1993. Even though we are moving out of Lubbock and there was stiff competition with rates, we couldn't imagine doing this next purchase with anyone else!!
