Ease of communication and speedy process
We have done a number of loans with Scott Morse and his teams, and the have always been exceedingly helpful, efficient, honest and wonderful to work with from start to finish. I would recommend Scott to anyone looking for a loan.
You never know what bumps you will hit during the process toward closing. We hit one of those bumps that was blindsiding and just before closing. Rhonda was able to rectify the situation and we were able to close on time.
