In person, not by survey.
Everyone in the office was fabulous. They stayed right on top of everything. I really never thought it could be as easy. They addressed all my issues even on their days off.

Rick and his team are great they give you a step by step break down and As a first time home buyer it made it super easy buying my first house. All in all it was a nice experience and would recommend
Rick closed our loan in less than 30 days we couldn't believe how fast it went. They answered every question quickly and was very nice to work with. We tried several other mortgage companies that couldn't take care of us.
