Rick, Freida and Teagan went above and beyond. Great experience!
This was my first home buying experience. Every step of the way the team was happy to answer any questions I had. Home buying is stressful. Mortgage Academy balances patience and efficiency perfectly.
The communication is amazing and timely.
Copying and uploading documents was a little confusing and lengthy
Appreciated the great communication throughout the whole process, their availability/approachability when questions arose and their friendliness. Will definitely recommend to others!
Rick and his team kept us informed all along the way and were swiftly responsive to questions as well. We are so very pleased. We will definitely recommend Rick and the team at Academy to other friends--
Always a pleasure.
