    Geoff was friendly, approachable, and patient with all my questions. If he didn't know the answer, he was going to find out and get back to me quickly. Overall I am extremely happy with how he handled things.

    Better communication & professional courtesy. Buyer left without clarification on certain charges. Spoke poorly of me to my clients, which they weren’t pleased about. Seemed inexperienced and could use better communication systems.
