The whole experience was good. Andy knew what he was doing and handled everything. He communicated well and kept me updated, walking me through the process. He was calm and professional the whole time. Which really helped ease my own anxiety....

Better communication from our lender. We felt very in the dark for a lot of the process and as first time homebuyers we asked for more communication. Our preferred use of communication was not used as often as we would have liked.
