While there was a mix-up at the end over the exact amount of closing costs, my understanding is that it was the fault of the Title Company, not the loan company or real estate agent.

If you are not doing business with Nova you are missing out! They are efficient in all of the way, their communication, timeliness on closing their loans and great loan program options. It would be hard to find a better lender out there.
