The communication was inconsistent and unclear, especially towards the end of the process. There was no follow up to questions asked. Luckily I thoroughly reviewed my CD and caught mistakes that would have cost me additional money.
I could depend on Raquel for clear answers and quick response to questions. Our closing was arranged to be timely and as covid safe as practical. All of the ancillary departments and oranizations were responsive as well.
Raquel and the team were super awesome answering all our questions and we’re super nice to talk to. They definitely made the experience easier. I would with out a doubt recommend her to a friend.
