Greg, Jesse and their team were great. The underwriting process is nuts. I believe that isn't a service issue with NFM; it's more an issue with silly regulations. But, that doesn't make it any less painful.

Everyone was super helpful and on top of things. The only unsatisfactory experience was with the actual builder. We loved working with EVERYONE at NFM.
