No issues with NFM, but the lawyer/legal assistant were consistently behind, non-responsive and late with many items

Everyone we worked with at NFM was extremely helpful and timely in providing support and addressing issues that arose during the mortgage process.

Probably the only thing I didn't like was the fact I had a bunch of different people emailing answers back. It didn't seem to be the same person. I prefer having just the one person but other than that everything went great.
