Very easy to communicate with Lisa. Made herself available when needed and very personable and easy to talk to. It was easy knowing that when I had a question she would always be available and I knew I was interacting with a human!

Ongoing communication throughout the process as well as a user friendly online process.
Better communication and asking for needed paperwork more than 2 days to closing date. Just gave us a lot of anxiety and worry. Otherwise great service!
