Jacob made it great

The team at Academy are terrific!

Jacob - He makes a point of keeping me in the loop about the status of my client's loan process. I know what needs to be done and my clients are well informed of the process. He goes the extra mile to make sure the process is seamless and transparent....

Jacob is wonderful I do not use ant other lender

Constant communication throughout the process

A close working relationship with a lender is invaluable. Along with his experience that's what Jacob brings to the table. Also he he makes himself available 24/7 which works out great since those are my hours too.

The transaction from start to finish was very smooth even with my buyers being slow with getting information.

Jacob and his team were very helpful throughout the whole process. If I had any questions they were just a call away and made the process much easier.

We really appreciated the personal service from the entire team. They were always quick to respond to any of our questions and kept us informed of what we needed to do to make things happen. We own our first home! Thanks Academy Mortgage!

There was a lot of confusion and misinformation during our settlement process. We just wished that more were taken regarding our specificities so that the confusion was at a minimum.
