Crystal was amazin!! She kept me informed about my loan process was quick in responding to my calls and emails and even returned calls on her day off.
More education and communication to clthe customers and provide loan options after asking the customer their opinion/situation instead of directly putting in rate buydowns (with/without rate buy downs options clarification from the beginning)...
