Rachel did a great job. When things got complicated or challenging she was always there for us
Was good communication and was very helpful in getting the house.
Everyone being so very patient with me and explaining what was needed, even sometimes several times without ever acting irritated. This was very overwhelming at times, but this team pulled through strongly for me!
