Quick to respond in most communications. Locking interest rates late and had multiple confusing issues with rate locking and zero communication until I reached out two weeks ahead of closing. Everything else was easy and quick.

I was the listing agent in this transaction and the communication was delivered every Tuesday as promised. And Travis called once we had the clear to close to let me know docs were at title. Great experience and transaction all around.
