I just want to appreciate Hovik for a smooth transaction and for always being there for any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Hovik to my friends and family! :)

Hovik was on top of things throughout the process, from answering the first phone call to getting the documents signed and funding completed. All in all very pleased!

Hovik was very communicative and always on top of things. Did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Not my experience with most other folks when working on mortgages and would feel very comfortable referring him.

Dan and his staff were very good and quick with answers to my questions. The only complaint I have is that I was told thirty days to close and it turned out to be forty-four days. Because of that I had to pay an extra $98+ for a late payment...

The required documents seemed a bit too many for the dollar amount of the loan.
