Michael, Is always on top of the transactions and making sure everything goes smooth. He is very knowledgeable. I have completed multiple transactions with Michael, and I am always happy with the service.

There were many communication missteps along the way with coordinating documents through the system portal often delaying timely execution of the documents . There was not a sense of urgency that I would have expected to get the loan documents...
